  1. This article was interesting because it got me thinking about some things I never thought of before. I never knew that California was separated by two different tectonic plates. When I was looking at some of the images of the plate tectonics I made a hypothesis. I think Washington gets earthquakes rarely it because the other plate the San de Fuca plate and the North American Plate the part closes to the San de FUca plate are going the same direction. 2. it was a mined boggling article. the information was extremely interesting. the part I that the most fascinating was how much it has changed in the thousands of years. one thing I disagree on is that how scientists think that the weld is millions of years old,. EDB 10/29/2013 9:45 Pm

  4. i found this video interesting because it talked about the theory that all the continents were once one giant continent called Pangaea. i however didn't know that California was on a different plate then the rest of the united states. California being hot at the present time people could have a walrus their front porch in the next hundred million years.weird!

  5. I thought that it was really neat that there was Pangea, and then it turned into Laurasia, and the it turned into what it is now. It is amazing to think that Earth can change so much! I also found it really interesting that there are so many layers in the core of Earth. Completed on Wednesday the 30th of October, at 10:10 pm
