One of the key facts that I found in this video is, that water has the highest cohesion of any non metallic liquid. I found this interesting because, I didn't know that much about what the properties of water were capable of.
The fact I found most interesting was how sweating helps someone cool down. I always thought sweating was some weird thing that we evolved for no reason whatsoever but it turns out it is actually good for something! I also found the part on why ice floats interesting. I always wondered why it did that...
I like how it showed that water can "defy gravity" because the molecules in the water atract to the molecules in the straw. I found this interesting because every time it get a drink with a straw I like to put my finger over the straw (trapping the water inside), put it over my outh and let go so it falls into my mouth.
I think the most interesting part of the video was the Heat Capacity part. I didn't know that water could hold heat for very long. I also thought that the poles would float anyway but instead they would sink. That's sad. But i really liked Heat Capacity!
I thought the hydrophobic thing was the most awesome thing in the world how it just floats to the top. I also thought the cohesion was really cool how it would stick to the straw and keep climbing it. Also the floating ice was pretty interesting when you think about it cause its water floating on water.
I had no clue about the hydrophobic substance and how it can't penetrate the force of water. I loved finding out that water can hold lots of heat. Also I didn't know what hydrogen bonds were until now, so that's awesome.
The things that caught my attention were water on mars and hydrogen bonds. I never thought that the rover on mars would find a vane of water on mars I was very surprised. The hydrogen bond was something I saw when I did the paper clip lab. What I saw was on the bottom of the paper clip that floated the water mad some kind of half bubble.

I thought it was cool when the water could defy gravity. it looked like a volcano. its like surface tension but opposite instead of putting a dry thing in the water it looks like your taking it out and the is stuck to the object. CLR
The thing I think is cool is how you take heat away from your body when you sweat. When you sweat the water molecules under your skin evaporates. It then escapes the body taking the heat with you leaving your body nice and cooled off, but it is kind of embarrassing.
I thought the most interesting part was the whole dissolving thing. Water is a better dissolvant then some of the most strongest acids created in the world. Another very interesting thing from the video, was the fact about the whole water on Earth thing.
I thought the Hydrogen Bond was pretty cool, how the positive connects to the negative and such. I also liked the part about how dense water ice is, and how it effects the earth. Like if it was too dense, it would sink and the water would cover the land and pretty much destroy life. ORW
I watched this

I didn't know idea that water was so strongly related to life on other planets because of is covalent bond.

I thought the the rover finding a 20 ft water thing was really cool.

I am most fascinated that water is called the universal solvent but it does not dissolve everything, such as petroleum products.
